Richard Beeston Biography
Richard Beeston is an engaging and entertaining performer who connects with his audience through powerful music and honest lyrics. His new album, Infant Logic is a passionate rock album that releases the energy of his dynamic vocal talents and songwriting skills.Infant Logic includes a US No. 1 Independent chart song - I Give In To You (indieheaven.com), and is the follow up to Richard's debut solo album Regenerate, which was released with impressive results in 2004. The first single, 'Box of Things' helped the album become a Top 10 Christian radio hit in Australia, and a Top 10 Indie Artist seller throughout 2005-2006.
Giving Richard's live performances their distinctive energy and rock edge is his band, composed of Dave Beeston (drums) and Gav Perkins (bass). Richard and the band regularly perform to hundreds of people every week. They recently embarked on their debut US tour throughout April and May 2006, including a support show for big name US rockers Pillar. 2007 will see the band touring throughout the UK & the US.
Richard performs solo or with his band at festivals, conferences, churches, schools, youth groups, cafes and Pubs. He is available for all types of performances, from intimate acoustic shows through to larger performances with the full band.
